Chief Human Resource Officer
HRMS Payroll Administrator
HRMS Payroll Specialist
HRMS Timekeeper
The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring that this document is necessary, reflects actual practice, and supports University policy.
This report captures the day by day time and leave entries in the employee’s SSTL timecard. It captures the entries made in the timecard by the employee, manager or Timekeeper for a specific pay period or combination of consecutive pay periods. Entries that have been changed or added by Central HR are not shown on this report. This report does not necessarily capture the hours paid. (Use the Payroll Reconciliation report to see the hours processed for the pay period.)
Timekeepers are expected to run this report on the Tuesday following the payroll deadline Monday to identify leave types entered by employees that must be documented and faxed to the HR/Central Leave Center.
