The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring that this document is necessary, reflects actual practice, and supports University policy.

Purpose of the Report

The report provides complete details of how gross pay was calculated at the assignment level and how it was charged to PTAEOs.  This report contains five (5) sheets.  (See below.)  The information in the 1st Sheet, SSTL Payroll and the 3rd sheet, SSTL Employee reflect the information contained in the employee’s pay slip.  The report has flexible selection criteria and is sorted by assignment organization and supervisor.

Follow Steps 1 – 5 to Logon to Discoverer

1.   Select PAY_Payroll Reconciliation Report

2.   Click on the [Open] button.

This report contains five sheets. The example below will be using the SSTL Payroll Sheet (default).  If you wish to run a different sheet, select [No], click on the sheet and then run the report.

3.   Click on the [Yes] button.

4.   Enter the required Parameters.

5.   Click on the [OK] button.

This report shows the name of the employee, and supervisor, org, along with other position information (not shown in this snapshot).

6.   From the menu, select [File], [Close]
