The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring that this document is necessary, reflects actual practice, and supports University policy.

UVA HRMS Viewers may use the following paper forms and report to initiate new hires or personnel data changes in the Integrated System.

For people who already exist in the Integrated System: Generate the UVA HR Personnel Data Change form report in the Integrated System. Refer to Generating Reports.

For new-hire student and faculty wage employees: Refer to Faculty Wage/Student Personnel Data Change Form.

For new-hire salaried faculty: Refer to Faculty Salaried Personnel Data Change Form.
