Step 1: Log into WebNow via NetBadge and Enhanced NetBadge
Note: To log into Enhanced NetBadge, you must have completed your in-person identity verification process which includes setting up your personal security questions. You may check whether you have completed the process before you start.

Possible issues you may encounter when logging in:
- If you do not have the proper WebNow role, you will receive the following error message: You are not Authorized to Access WebNow. Contact your data access approver to receive access to WebNow. (View a spreadsheet of data access approvers.)
- If this is your first time using WebNow, you may receive this message. Click Run to continue.
- If you do not have Java installed on your computer you will receive a blank screen. Visit http://java.com to download Java.
