Students to Benefit Most from New Student System
Charlie Grisham’s primary goal in selecting and implementing a student information system to replace ISIS is to make it easy and comprehensive from the students’ perspective. That will be his task over the next 5 years as Director of the Student System Project, the third element of the University’s Integrated System. MORE

 
What Have We Done for You Lately?
The 11i upgrade brought many positive changes with it, but it was only one large step among many to continually improve the Integrated System. A number of improvements have been implemented since the 11i upgrade, among them faster reports runtimes, improved system functionality, and clarification on LD tasks. MORE
Finding the Best in Class
There is no U.S. News and World Report ranking of departments that support administrative information systems. In fact, it is very difficult to find any published metrics, much less metrics that would be of value to Integrated System users.

Yes, You Can
Many respondents to the IS User Survey made comments indicating areas of frustration for which there are actually solutions and/or answers. Because we cannot always respond directly to whoever made the comments (unless they submitted their names), we are publishing the solutions here with the hope that all users who may have been similarly frustrated can find relief.
