| There are several resources available to you for help using the ODS or Discoverer. |

- If you took the Creating User-Defined Reports class, don't forget to take
advantage of the class manual for help with Discoverer.

- If you are having trouble installing Discoverer or logging in the first time, please contact the ITC Help Desk, 924-3731, 8:00 - 5:00. For other questions about using Discoverer or the ODS, contact the Integrated System Customer Support Center, 243-7550, 8:00 - 5:00. If either Help Desk cannot answer your question, they will refer it to the appropriate people at ISDS or elsewhere.
