- Redesigned Admissions communication process to reduce Admissions letters from over 100 to 30.
- Redesigned athletics “Pre-Application” process to be less paper intensive and to occur within PeopleSoft.
- Approved front end prospect inquiry form, consolidating disparate forms used by Undergraduate Admissions, Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, and Undergraduate Nursing.
- Approved new electronic University Financial Aid Application (UFAA), reducing paper handling and significant manual data entry in Student Financial Services.
- Installed User Productivity Kit (UPK) software content to create future PeopleSoft training courses.
