Downtime alert - the Integrated System will be down from noon until 1pm today for replacement of failed hardware. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Downtime alert - on Tuesday, October 20th, the Integrated System experienced a hardware failure that led to several service interruptions. These interruptions prevented new logins to the system and disconnected any users in self-service web applications. Core forms users were not affected by the disruptions. The outages were from 1:17-1:29pm, 4:33-4:54pm, and 5:10-6:17pm.
The faulty hardware will be replaced today. A downtime notice will be posted on this page once the replacement part has arrived.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Downtime alert - on Tuesday, October 20th, the Integrated System experienced a hardware failure that led to several service interruptions. Month-end close: Good news! Beginning this month, NO users will be disconnected from the Integrated System for month-end close. All IS responsibilities will remain active. If you are a Grants Accounting user, please be advised that month-end close will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, and we ask that you do not initiate GA baselining between 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, and 7:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1.
Encumbrances: All encumbrances for the semi-monthly, semi-monthly paid monthly and old biweekly have been liquidated in production. The encumbrances will be picked up by the financial nightly processes tonight and will reflect on commitment reports by Monday morning.

PO Shoppers: UVa Marketplace will be unavailable tomorrow (Saturday, 9/26)) night beginning at 9 p.m. for approximately 1 hour for maintenance
Self-Service Time and Leave (SSTL): If you have basic navigation questions related to online time and leave and/or access to the Integrated System (password resets) over the weekend, please contact 434-924-HELP (4357) and select option 1, then 2. Agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

RE: Discoverer reports using Payroll views: If you have created user-defined reports (or modified pre-defined reports) in Discoverer using Payroll views, you will need to re-create the reports, as the EUL will be updated on September 14th to reflect the bi-weekly payroll as well as pay period and end date changes.

Extended downtime for an HR upgrade to implement Self Service Time and Leave: The Integrated System will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, as the system is upgraded to implement Self Service Time and Leave (SSTL). ODS will be available during normal published hours during this time. However, ODS will not be refreshed Friday, September 11th, or Saturday, September 12th.

The labor for the 6 2009 BW payroll has NOT been imported into LD due to a Labor Distribution issue.
The issue has been reported to Oracle. Once the issue is resolved, the pay will be imported.

IS User Notice messages may be going to junk mail in Outlook: A message was sent from IS User Notice (isds-us@cms.mail.virginia.edu) to Grants Accounting users this week. Some people who use Outlook for email found it in junk mail. If you are a grants accounting user who did not receive the message and use Outlook, please check junk mail and - all IS users - configure Outlook to accept messages from isds-us@virginia.edu.
