Downtime for system maintenance: The Integrated System will be unavailable from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 3 for system maintenance. ODS will remain available.

All Grants Accounting Users: The annual budget load begins today. Please refer to the related email for details.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Year-end close is complete. ODS contains data through June 30.

6/22/09, 11:40 a.m.

Month-end/Year-end close: At 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, all users will be temporarily disconnected from the Integrated System as we prepare for month-end close.  Holders of IS responsibilities that remain active during month-end close may log back on at 6:30 p.m.  Responsibilities that do NOT remain active during month-end close will be reactivated at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Extended downtime for system maintenance: The Integrated System will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, until noon on Sunday, June 28, for system maintenance. ODS will be available during normal published hours on both days.

6/1/09, 8:00 a.m.

Month-end close is complete. ODS contains data through May 31.

5/21/09, 3:45 p.m.

Month-end close:  At 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, all users will be temporarily disconnected from the Integrated System as we prepare for month-end close.  Holders of IS responsibilities that remain active during month-end close may log back on at 6:30 p.m.  Responsibilities that do NOT remain active during month-end close will be reactivated at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2008.  Click here for a list of deactivated and active responsibilities.

HRMS Timekeepers: If you were disconnected from the Integrated System around 10:00 a.m., it was because ISDS had to regenerate biweekly timecards. Your responsibility has now been reactivated. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Month-end close: At 2:00 p.m. on Thursday April 30th, all users will be disconnected temporarily from the system as we prepare for month-end close. 4/2/09, 12:30 p.m.

The labor for the 6 2009 BW payroll has NOT been imported into LD due to a Labor Distribution issue. The issue has been reported to Oracle. Once the issue is resolved, the pay will be imported.

The Integrated System is now available following UVa Marketplace maintenance.

3/23/09, 1:40, p.m.

Extended downtime for UVa Marketplace: The Integrated system will be unavailable from 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, until noon on Sunday, March 29, for UVa Marketplace maintenance.

Month-end close: At 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, all users will be disconnected temporarily from the system as we prepare for month-end close. Holders of IS responsibilities that remain active during month-end close may log back on at 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities that do NOT remain active during month-end close will be reactivated at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1. The Integrated System is now available following system maintenance.

3/20/09, 2:00 p.m.

Marketplace downtime, March 27-29:  The UVa Marketplace will be unavailable between 10:00 p.m. Friday, March 27th and 12:00 noon Sunday, March 29th, for system maintenance.

3/13/09, 1:40 p.m.

Planned Extended Downtime: The Integrated System will be unavailable from 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning, March 21, until noon on Sunday, March 22, for system maintenance. ODS will be available during normal published hours.

3/2/09, 11:45 a.m.

Month-end close is complete. ODS contains data through February 28.

IS User Notice messages may be going to junk mail in Outlook: A message was sent from IS User Notice (isds-us@cms.mail.virginia.edu) to Grants Accounting users this week. Some people who use Outlook for email found it in junk mail. If you are a grants accounting user who did not receive the message and use Outlook, please check junk mail and - all IS users - configure Outlook to accept messages from isds-us@virginia.edu.
