Timekeepers and HRMS Specialists: Due to a welcome error, paychecks for the biweekly pay period of March 26 through April 8 were direct deposited into employee bank accounts on Tuesday, April 15, instead of Friday, April 18.  This affects temp, wage, student, and certain goal pay employees.  The funds are available for use now and all paycheck amounts are correct.  If you or the affected employees have any questions, contact Payroll at 924-4350.

Extended downtime Sunday, April 6: In order to increase the space available for production data, there will be extended downtime for both production and ODS this Sunday, April 6th. ODS will be unavailable all day, and production is planned to be unavailable until 3:00 p.m.

Production interruption of service: from 1:07p.m. until 1:31p.m. today, the production application was unavailable due to system complications related to a power failure in Carruthers Hall.

TIMEKEEPERS - PRINTING OF OCT 24 TIMESHEETS: Because of delays in leave processing, timesheet source documents for the pay period ending 24-Oct-2007 will not be available for printing out of Discoverer until Monday morning.

The nightly batch processes for financial transactions were not run last night because of resource constraints that caused a number of requests to run far longer than normal. The IS.LD.Pay & Distribution Adj History report does not currently reflect the biweekly payroll transactions for the pay period 18-Jul-2007 through 31-Jul-2007. We have resolved a related encumbrance issue and the report should display those transactions on Monday, August 13.

LD Users: All LD responsibilities, with the exception of UVA LD Labor Schedule Specialist, were disabled on June 21 due to the year-end cut-off date for LD adjustments. All LD responsibilities will be reactivated at 12:00 noon on Sunday, July 1.

6/21/07, 8:55 a.m.

Year-end close: See links above for transaction cut-off dates. Integrated System users with responsibilities that do NOT remain active during month-end close will have those responsibilities deactivated at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29. They will be reactivated at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, July 1.

This and the March 16th downtime complete the first phase of a two-phase improvement process. SciQuest and we apologize for the inconvenience.
