R12 Upgrade Timeline

 

A series of upgrades are completed in development environments to be sure the upgrade in Production goes smoothly. A series of Conference Room Pilots allows the testing of the impact of the upgrades on the system so that any issues can be resolved prior to the upgrade in Production. User Acceptance Testing involves users from central offices and departments testing the new functionality. More specific dates will be published as the project progresses.
