General Information:
U.Va. departments and organizations may reserve space at the IC for University-related events at no charge. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance, so we can let the residents of the IC's guest rooms know when the spaces are reserved. Walk-throughs are required. Cancellations should be reported to the IC as soon as possible to allow others to use the facility. Events must follow U.Va.'s alcohol use policies.
- Hours:
- 9am-10pm, (kitchen until 7pm), weekdays and weekends
- Location:
- 21 University Circle is a fifteen-minute walk from the Rotunda, a five-minute walk from the UTS University Loop bus stop on Rugby Road, and has a parking lot with space for 8-10 cars.
- Amenities:
- full kitchen, 50" plasma TV with DVD player and computer hook up, 40 folding chairs, 5 folding tables, a white board and easel, and the U.Va. wireless network.
