International Graduate and Undergraduate Students Holding Any Non-Immigrant Visa Status:
For those students arriving before July 6, 2011:
Date and Time: Wednesday, July 6 at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Minor Hall, Room 125
For Graduate/Professional students (all visa types) - choose one date:
Date and Time: Monday, August 15 at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Minor Halll, Room 125
Date and Time: Monday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Minor Hall, Room 125
For Undergraduate students (all visa types):
(and For All Students Who Cannot Attend Graduate/Professional Student Meetings)
Date and Time: Friday, August 19, 2:30 p.m.
Location: Wilson Hall, Room 402
You must arrive 15 minutes in advance of the start time. You must bring with you the following items: Passport with visa, Form I-20 or DS-2019 and any other documents relating to your visa status in the U.S.
- The Meeting Last For Approximately 2 Hours. You Are Required To Remain For The Entire Meeting.
- Failure To Attend A Registration Session Will Result In A Block On Your University Registration And May Potentially Result In A Loss OF Your Legal Status In The U.S.
