International Student Services Fee

The international student services fee was implemented in 2003, and allows UVA to provide a comprehensive package of services and activities to serve and support the growing population of international students at the University. The Fee is charged to all UVA students who are not U.S. citizens, permanent residents (holders of “green cards”), intending immigrants (adjustment of status applicants), refugees, asylees, in temporary protected status or present at the University under the terms of a formal exchange agreement between UVA and their home institution (“exchange students”).

If you believe that you have been charged the international student services fee erroneously, please submit documentation of your immigration status to the ISO.
