Oracle Time
Management supports the time and attendance data capture for employees.
It provides a central point of collecting, editing, balancing, and managing
time and attendance prior to submitting to Payroll for processing. OTM
generates employee time transactions based on specified criteria and maintains
detailed history records, which can be viewed and reported for any point
in time. OTM's on-line data entry functions allow the departments to manage
the collection and input of attendance data, reducing errors and eliminating
re-keying.
