This group is charged with identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the systems in the following mission-critical areas: Financial, Student, and Human Resources. The analysis will be based on their own perspectives as well as information gathered through interviews with department heads and technical project leaders. In addition, this group will recommend a logical order of replacement of current systems based upon criteria approved by the Steering Committee.
