2015 on-grounds courses and domestic
request for proposals
ON-GROUNDS COURSES AND DOMESTIC PROGRAMS:
The Request for Proposals for January Term 2015 on-Grounds courses, as well as other domestic courses is here as a MS Word document:
Of particular interest are programs including subjects not covered in existing courses, offering opportunities for students to gain a foundation in research, and relating to diversity. Courses that meet major, area or competency requirements are especially welcome. If your department has visiting scholars with strong teaching records, they may submit January Term course proposals for on-Grounds programs. Advanced graduate students with a strong teaching background are also welcome to submit proposals for courses offered on Grounds. The proposal deadline is April 11, 2014.
Materials for on-Grounds and domestic courses should be sent to the Summer and Special Academic Programs Office. You may scan and e-mail the documents to firstname.lastname@example.org (the preferred mode of delivery) or send via messenger mail to Rachel Miller, Summer & Special Academic Programs Associate Director, P.O. Box 400161. The selection committee will announce the January 2015 courses by May 31, 2014.
