When individuals graduate from one of our Administrative Leadership Programs they become a member of a University-wide leadership network. The Leadership Development Center supports members of UVa’s three leadership networks as communities of decision-makers coming together from across the University to:
  • reflect on leadership values
  • to share experiences and insight
  • to learn about and affect strategic issues, and
  • to build relationships.

Network Conferences:
  • In support of our leadership networks, conferences are held that focus on important aspects of individual and organizational development. Each year the Exceptional Assistants’ Network hosts a large conference for network and non-network members featuring guest speakers and facilitated break-out sessions on issues relevant to administrative support staff.
