Summer Jefferson Symposium
2012 Lodging and Fees
Participants may register to stay on Grounds at Brown College
or handle their own lodging accommodations.
We welcome participants 18 years or older.
Registration Fees
On Grounds: $975 per person (includes lodging at Brown College, all meals, parking, shuttle from Brown College to and from events, lectures, tours and exhibits)
Off Grounds: $825 per person (includes all meals, parking, shuttle from Brown College to and from events, lectures, tours and exhibits)

Lodging Options
All guests staying in dorm rooms must be registered participants.
Rooms are air conditioned. Beds are furnished with a mattress cover, pillow, blanket, bedspread, and a bed linen package, including one pillow case and two sheets. Guests are provided with two bath towels, a washcloth and a bath mat daily. The housekeeping staff will make the bed, remove trash from the bedroom and common areas, and sanitize the bathrooms daily. Rooms are not equipped with hangers, iron or ironing board, or hair dryers. Guests are responsible for supplying their own personal items including shampoo, soap, etc.

Hotel Information
If staying in a hotel, individuals must make their own reservations.
*Group Rates for the hotels listed apply if the reservations are made on or before May 21, 2012. After this date, rooms are at the prevailing rate and subject to availability. You will be given a code after your registration form has been submitted. You will need this code to book your hotel room at the group rate.
