The ceremony at which the Class of 2013 will pay tribute to their time at the University and present the Class Gift and University Awards. This year's keynote speaker is Stephen Colbert, the host, co-writer and executive producer of Comedy Central’s Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series “The Colbert Report.”

All members of the Class of 2013 and their guests are invited and encouraged to attend this ceremony. Tickets are not required to attend the ceremony on the Lawn. If inclement weather forces the ceremony to be moved to the John Paul Jones Arena, tickets will be required to enter the building. Information pertaining to ticketing for the rain site location is forthcoming.

Tickets are not required for the ceremony on the Lawn, but in the event the ceremony is moved to the John Paul Jones Arena due to inclement weather, tickets will be required to enter into the arena. Each member of the graduating class will receive three tickets, which can be picked up at the University Bookstore between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17. On Saturday, May 18 tickets may be picked up between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. A photo ID is required when picking up tickets.
