5:00-6:00 PM              Registration for the optional rehearsal (done at Carr's Hill Field)

6:00-8:15 PM              OPTIONAL Rehearsal with the Cavalier Marching Band (CMB)

Saturday, November 10

6:45-7:30 am - HS student registration and check in (at Carr's Hill Field)

 

7:45 am - HS rehearsal begins (at Carr's Hill Field)

 

9:45 am - Bus to Slaughter Gymnasium for lunch and changing (students only)

 

11:20 am - Walk to stadium and watch the CMB pregame show

 

12:00 pm - Kick off

 

1:20 pm - Halftime!

 

4:30 pm - Approximate dismissal (there will be shuttles back to the Culbreth Rd Garage)...many of you may elect to walk back to .75 miles (this might be

 faster depending on traffic).
