"Architecture, Vision, and Civic Leadership: In Celebration of Martin Luther King."
Lawrence Ellis Williams has combined an architectural career and civic leadership in Richmond, Virginia for over twenty-five years.
He has been a member of the Richmond Tomorrow Strategic Planning Committee, the Downtown Master Plan Committee, and has twice been a candidate for Mayor of Richmond.
Williams was the second African American to graduate from the UVA School of Architecture (1974).
