For over a quarter of a century, the Charlottesville area community has gathered to celebrate the life and achievements of Dr. King.   Former vice mayor of Charlottesville Holly Edwards is the guest speaker.

The celebration will include a performance by the community choir, which is open to all singers in the community. Rehearsal dates are as follows:

December 18, 2:30 p.m.

December 29, 7:00 p.m. (tentative)

December 31, 4:00 p.m. (tentative)

January 7, 3:00 p.m.

January 13, 4 p.m.
