About the Program:
BLUEPRINT is the premiere leadership development program for first and second-year students and transfer students at the
University of Virginia. It is designed for those students who demonstrate leadership potential and interest in developing their personal organizational skills in an intentional, educational, and reflective team environment. Over the course of the program, participants will spend time actively engaged with each other and working alongside some of the University's most renowned scholars and leaders, dealing with issues such as:
Self-awareness, personality, styles, and leadership
Ethical descision-making
Personal mission, purpose, and values
Time and priority management
Conflict and communication
Leadership portfolio and goal development
Leadership and student self-governance
