What? 18 Hole Tournament, Shotgun Start

4 Players Per Team, Playing Scramble


When? 5 April 2008 (Arrive No Later Than 0815)

Where? Meadowcreek Golf Course, Charlottesville, VA

How Much? $65 Per Player

Includes: Greens fees, unlimited range before tournament, carts, and lunch, which will be served at the conclusion of the event.



Any Other Costs? Mulligans, Raffle, Games, and Beverages

Mulligans will be for sale ($5 each), with a maximum of two per player. Raffle tickets will also be on sale. Finally, there will be games for a small fee per turn. For example, "Who can drive the marsh-mallow the farthest?" Refreshment carts will be circulating throughout the day. Prizes for the tournament and game winners will be awarded at the conclusion of the tournament.

Please contact us soon to reserve your spot! We have room for only 120 players. To sign up, email the following information to Alex Rawls at GOLFTOURNEY2008@GMAIL.COM. Please include for each member of your team: full name, address, and daytime phone. You may sign up in teams of two or four. Please have one person send the appropriate information for the entire team. Teams of two will be paired randomly.


Sign-Up Steps:


  1. E-mail us with the appropriate contact information for your team.

  2. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your entry.

  3. AFTER receiving our confirmation email, send in your check by 21 March. The confirmation email will have the mailing address and the total fees.
