U.Va. Parents Learn What to Expect

Parents of new University of Virginia students receive a candid assessment of what they can expect as their students settle into their first semester. At this summer orientation session, Allen Groves, associate vice president and university dean of students, speaks about academic and social challenges students may face. He also lets parents know of supports in place to help students, and also them, when help is needed.
