If you have not yet submitted your Pre-Entrance Health form or the copy of your Immunization Booklet, please visit Student Health during these days and hours to turn in your forms. Please submit your forms no later than two days prior to any immunization appointment at Student Health.

Stop by the International Studies Office to meet the ISO staff. Bring your legal documents to be photocopied. Light refreshments will be served.

Check-In · Ern Commons, Alderman Road Residence Area

Park in the Slaughter Recreation Center lot and then walk over to Ern Commons to sign in, pick up orientation/academic information and your student ID. Move directly into your assigned housing.

UVA Express. International students and guests participating in Session J can take advantage of UVA Express, a free, coordinated bus transportation and hospitality program for international students from Dulles International Airport in Washington, DC to the University of Virginia on Monday, August 15 and Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Make sure to register on the UVA Express website.

The program is coordinated by the University of Virginia's Office of Engagement. It is financially supported by a UVA alumnus in Singapore and the UVA Parents Committee.
