Men's Basketball Game Day Options for Visitors

Parking lots designated for Basketball Game Day Parking open 1.5 hours prior to tip-off. All vehicles must vacate the parking lots 1 hour after the game ends.

Basketball Game Parking Information for Fans with Disabilities

North Grounds: Park and Walk (10 Minutes)

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-service basis in the parking lots surrounding the Darden School of Business (D1 and D10) and the Law School (D2, D3, D5, D22, X1, and X2). Refer to #6, #7, #14, and #17 on Web Map E.

The Park: Park and Walk (20 Minutes)
- Free parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in The Park (#8, Map D) located off Massie Road near the Law School in North Grounds. Handicap accessible shuttle service is available.

Central Grounds Parking Garage: Park and Walk (15 Minutes)
- Parking is available at the Central Grounds Parking Garage (#8, Web Map G) for visitors. Hourly parking rates apply.

Emmet/Ivy Parking Garage: Park and Walk (10 Minutes)
$5.00 per game as available
- Parking at the Emmet/Ivy Parking Garage (#6, Map F) is available for $5.00 per game (limited quantities available).

John Paul Jones Arena: (Garage Level 3)
- Parking for guests with disabilities is located on level three of the John Paul Jones Parking Garage (#1, Map F) adjacent to the arena. Accessible parking spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes are required to access these spaces. Click here for related parking map.

John Paul Jones Arena: (Surface Lot West and Garage Levels 1 & 2)

University Hall Parking Lots (Cage Lot, South Lot, and East Lot)

Home Men’s Basketball Game impact on UTS Bus Routes:

Due to the increase in traffic around the John Paul Jones Arena on the nights of home men’s basketball games, UTS will re-route from Alderman and Copeley Road to Emmet Street during the peak traffic hours pre- and post-game.
