- Personal vehicles use service spaces by displaying a “service pass”
purchased by their department. The department justifies a work-related
need to move around Grounds. In most cases, the resulting pass has a
time and location restriction/limit.
- Not supposed to be a substitute for employee parking.
- Current system not working exactly as intended.

- Annual Rate for University Depts - $204

- Time Restrictions - Most service passes and some spaces have timed
restrictions.

- Service spaces in high demand areas are in use for long periods by those
in personal vehicles using a handicap plate or placard or a service
pass.
- Personal vehicles with service passes sometimes move to other service
space to exceed the time limit on the space or the pass.
- In some cases, it appears service passes in personal vehicles are being
used for personal use.
- In many cases, people in personal vehicles could use existing short term
options rather than service passes.
