The Flex Worker performs a variety of tasks to assist the mission of Parking and Transportation in serving the University of Virginia Community. Position Description: The University of Virginia's Department of Parking and Transportation is seeking reliable Part-time Transit Bus Drivers. All applicants with a valid Virginia driver's license and good driving record will be considered, that is, all applicants must have a positive point balance on their license. Applicants need not have a high school diploma or a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to apply.

Position Description: The Department of Parking and Transportation at the University of Virginia is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, team player to fill its newly-created Garage Operations Technician position.

The Garage Operations Technician performs a variety of tasks to assist the mission of Parking & Transportation in serving the University of Virginia Community. Duties include conducting preventative maintenance on garage equipment, general operational support of booth attendants and supervisors within the garage staff, conducting maintenance inspections of the garages, providing assistance to front-line customer service staff, "lost car" and accident response, and development of a knowledge base on garage equipment repair. The Garage Operations Technician is a flexible, versatile member of the Department of Parking & Transportation's Garage Operations team.

Position Description: University Transit Service (UTS) is seeking a reliable Part-Time Dispatcher to respond to phone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries regarding UTS's fixed route service, charter service, and UBike bikeshare service. The Part-Time Dispatcher will use software to dispatch transit units, communicate with driving staff via a two-way radio, and serve as the central point of communication at UTS for passenger and bikeshare user inquiries.
