The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of tasks to assist the mission of Parking and Transportation in serving the University of Virginia Community. Position Description: The Maintenance Services Coordinator works within the Maintenance Division of the University of Virginia Department of Parking and Transportation as the primary customer service liaison. The Coordinator also maintains a properly stocked parts room for the vehicle maintenance effort. Position Description: University Transit Service (UTS) is seeking a reliable Part-Time Dispatcher to respond to phone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries regarding UTS's fixed route service, charter service, and UBike bikeshare service. Position Description: The University of Virginia's Department of Parking and Transportation is searching for a reliable UTS Dispatch Supervisor.

The UTS Dispatch Supervisor is the primary operational contact responsible for spearheading customer service efforts and providing internal support for the fixed route transit service. The UTS Dispatch Supervisor serves as the primary radio contact with drivers on the road, maintains the AVL/CAD dispatching system, creates driver schedules, conducts driver performance reviews and on-road inspections, and provides various reports on both a regular and ad hoc basis. The Dispatch Supervisor manages a team of Dispatchers to ensure continuity of operations when the transit system is in service.
