Position Description: Assistant Director for Facilities and Operations will manage the division to ensure quality customer service for those members of the community using the parking facilities. Garages should be accessible, functional and clean; meters should be in convenient and in good working order; and grounds should be clean and well-marked. Assistant Director will lead an operations department consisting of events enforcement and marketing in its mission to provide exemplary customer service while ensuring success in all areas to facilitate and exceed our customers' expectations.
A bachelor's degree is required and at least four years of experience in managing facilities, people, and resources in the areas of logistics, transportation, or parking operations.
