Faulkner

An S4 permit is required in the parking area surrounding Faulkner, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM.
Only residents of Faulkner are eligible to purchase S4 parking permits.
*S4 permits are honored both in the S4 lot and the large Orange/Storage areas at University Hall. (*refer to special instruction section)

Process to Obtain an S4 permit:
S4 permits are sold on a first come, first serve basis.The Department of Parking & Transportation (P&T) holds an on-grounds Student Permit Sales each year in August. After that sale date, permits may be purchased Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM, at the P&T office located at 1101 Millmont Street. To give residents time to purchase the permit, permit restrictions are lifted in S4 during the week classes begin in the fall semester. All other restrictions like driveways, fire lanes, prohibited zones, grass/dirt, etc. are enforced normally throughout the year. If S4 permits sell out, residents may purchase S permits valid in the large Orange/Storage areas at University Hall .

What to do if S4 is Full:
If the S4 lot is full, S4 permit holders should proceed to the Orange/Storage areas at University Hall.

Orange/Storage Areas at University Hall:

The Cage lot located behind University Hall near the turf field and the railroad tracks*
The East Lot located between the McCue Center and the Emmet Street*

* On the days of special events at John Paul Jones Arena or University Hall see special instructions below.
