International Residential College

Residents of International Residential College may purchase EIG/S permits valid in the 4th and 5th levels of the Emmet/Ivy Garage. EIG/S permits are only sold for the full permit year.

Residents may also purchase temporary parking permits for the lots at University Hall (U-Hall) for up to 12 weeks.*

Process to Obtain an S Permit:
Permits are sold on a first come, first serve basis.The Department of Parking & Transportation (P&T) holds an on-grounds Student Permit Sales each year in August. After that sale date, permits may be purchased Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM, at the P&T office located at 1101 Millmont Street. To give residents time to purchase the permit, permit restrictions are lifted in the Orange/Storage areas at University Hall during the week classes begin in the fall semester. All other restrictions like driveways, fire lanes, prohibited zones, grass/dirt, etc. are enforced normally throughout the year.

Orange/Storage Areas at University Hall:

The Cage lot located behind University Hall near the turf field and the railroad tracks*
The East Lot located between the McCue Center and the Emmet Street*

On the days of special events at John Paul Jones arena or University Hall:

University Hall will not be available for overflow parking on the nights of certain special events at the John Paul Jones Arena. Please check the JPJ Impact Schedule for specific dates.
