Permit Parking: Waiting ListsFaculty and Staff of the UniversityYou can enter the waiting lists system by calling Parking & Transportation at 924-7231 or by visiting our office at 1101 Millmont Street. P&T's waiting list policy allows for you to be placed on up to five waiting lists for specific parking lots/areas of your choice. When your name is at the top of the waiting list(s), a letter will be sent to your home address. The letter will include specific instructions on how to upgrade your parking permit and proceed into your top priority parking area! University faculty and staff waiting list requests carry over from year to year. In order to keep our records updated, please be sure to contact us with any changes of address. Thanks, and good luck! Faculty and Staff of the Health System Waiting lists are not maintained for the Health System lots. Assignments are made based on job category, schedule, and length of service. Contact your manager, or call Ruby Curnish at 434-924-5147 for more information on obtaining a Green/Reserved permit in the Health System precinct. Student Green/Reserved Permits Once the student allocation of Green/Reserved permits sell out, waiting lists are established and maintained for the current permit year (June 1 - May 31) only.
