Parking Garage Transponder Notice

Final Notice

The following is a final notice to parking garage transponder permit holders:

A number of employees have not completed a renewal of their current parking permit (transponder). Those employees who have not renewed their current permit, gate card or transponder, must do so immediately to avoid losing their parking accommodation. Unrenewed transponders will be locked out of the system, preventing the permit holder from entering or exiting the garage. This specifically applies to Emmet/Ivy Garage, South Garage, and Lee Street Garage (night time) transponder permit holders.

The online renewal opportunity has expired. Therefore, the renewal must now be completed at the office of the Department of Parking and Transportation at 1101 Millmont Street (office hours: M-F, 7:30am – 5:00pm).

Health System employees may contact the Health System Parking Office at 434-924-5147 for any questions or concerns. Academic employees may contact the Parking and Transportation Office at 434-924-7231 for any questions or concerns.
