Estimates and Rates
Rate and cost estimates for work may be obtained by contacting the
Maintenance Manager. In cases in where departments wish to place a
monetary limit on repairs of a particular vehicle, they should make
this known to the Maintenance Manager at the time the vehicle is inducted
into the shop and obtained a cost estimate before work commences on
the vehicle.
In cases where, during repair of a vehicle, it becomes apparent
that previously undetected problems will generate unusual costs,
the Maintenance Manager will contact the designated department representative
prior to proceeding with the repairs.
