Public Relations Committee

PR Committee consists of 4 members and a PR Supervisor. Responsibilities of the PR Committee include fielding complaints and advertising our route service effectively and accurately. All complaints are submitted via email to transportation@virginia.edu or on our online Customer Feedback Form. The PR Committee collects these emails and investigates the incident. When they are done with the investigation, they submit emails of their findings to the PR Supervisory and the complainant. Depending on the findings of the investigation, drivers are dealt with appropriately.
