David H. Blankfein-Tabachnick
David H. Blankfein-Tabachnick, lecturer (Ph.D., University of Virginia). Tabachnick's interests are in moral, political and legal theory, with particular attention to Rawlsianism and the jurisprudence of the private law. He teaches courses on the philosophy of law, ethics and international relations, and political philosophy.

At the UVA School of Law he co-hosted the 2006 Virginia Law Review Symposium on Contemporary Political Theory and the Private Law, has co-taught public health law and ethics and has lectured on philosophy of contract law. He has taught in UVA's Political and Social Thought Program and held pre-doctoral fellowships in Philosophy, Law, and Ethics at UVA's Institute for Practical Ethics. He has been an Honoree for the University-wide Seven Society Graduate Fellowship for Superb Teaching.
