Groups:

1. Strategic Planning -- discussion led by Karin Wittenborg

2. Faculty Rewards -- discussion led by Robert Hull

I have attached the groups' reports to this email and also will provide copies at tomorrow's meeting. It is not expected that you will have read these reports prior to our meeting, but will be digesting them over the next several days following these presentations. Members of these groups will be sharing the rationale and consensus behind the reports tomorrow, and we invite your questions and suggestions.
