- January 30, 2013: The QC brown bag series will host our own Sarah Turner, Dept of Economics and Curry School, presenting her paper on “Expanding College Opportunities for Low-Income, High-Achieving Students.” We’ll start at 12 noon in Gibson 296.
- February 19, 2013: The QC brown bag series will host our own Amalia Miller, Dept of Economics, presenting her paper on “Do Female Officers Improve Law Enforcement Quality?” We’ll start at 12:30 pm in Monroe 120.
- March 27, 2013: The QC brown bag series will host Hans-Peter Kohler, Frederick J. Warren Professor of Demography at the University of Pennsylvania. The event is co-sponsored by Brad Wilcox and the National Marriage Project based here at UVA. He will speak on “Twins Data: Integrating Causality, Endowments, and Heritability.” We’ll start at 12 noon in Gibson 296.
