Role of the VP/Dean
Responsibilities
The executive for each major area, most often a Vice President or Dean, will be notified if any accounts in their area have not been reconciled within 90 days of the close of a month.
Tools available to the staff of the executive include:
- An Oversight Report by Approver and Organization that indicates where overdue reports are in the workflow.
