Records Storage Box Request

The UVa Records Management Office has a supply of Paige "Miracle Boxes" records storage boxes available. They measure 15" x 12" x 10" and hold roughly 1/2 of a vertical file cabinet drawer (roughly one cubic foot of records).

These are high quality boxes - intended to be reused and should last through several retention cycles. They have double-wall construction on all four sides and the bottom, with a three-inch tight fitting lid. They will hold both letter and legal size paper.

These are available at our cost of $1.90 per box. Please order in multiples of five. The Records Office will do a cost transfer to the PTAO indicated when your order is placed.

The Records Management Office will contact you to coordinate pickup of the boxes. Once you submit your request, your PTAO will be charged within the next two business days.

Pickup will be at Fontana Food Center at 2454 Old Ivy Rd.
