UREG and the University of Virginia will be closed from Wednesday November 25th – Sunday November 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
All transcript requests placed November 24th will be processed within two business days once we resume our normal business hours.

- Leaving the University? In order to leave, withdraw, or transfer, please complete the “Leaving the University (Leaves, Withdrawals, and Transfers)" form
found on the SIS Student Self Service page (lower right, under eForms).
- Can I Change My Name?
Currently enrolled students should complete the Name Change Request form and provide an official document showing your full name in order to process a name change.
