- Academic Notations
This screen is used to record academic notations in ISIS and
maintained by various offices.
To
post dean’s list or honorary society:
- Go to ISIS RAN screen; enter student I.D. number and the Term Code of the semester
in which the honor is received, and press <PF12>
- For Dean's
List, <TAB> to the DEAN’S LIST
field and type “y”
- For Jefferson
Scholar, <TAB> to the JEFFERSON SCHOLAR
field and type “y”
- For an Honorary
Society, <TAB> to the HONOR SOCIETY
field and enter the letter code for the honorary society (a list
of codes is in ISIS Table 235)
- For Intermediate Honors, <TAB> to
the INTERMEDIATE HONORS field and type “y”
- For Golden
Key, <TAB> to the GOLDEN KEY field and enter “y”
