RAP
- Advanced Placement
Advanced placement credits are entered
and maintained in ISIS by the various deans’ offices.
To
add advanced placement:
- Go to ISIS RAP screen; enter student I.D.
number, and press <PF12> to retrieve student record
- <TAB> to the MNEM field and enter UVA-equivalent
mnemonic (e.g., ENWR)
- <TAB> to the NBR field and enter UVA-equivalent
course number (e.g., 110)
- Repeat course entries until all advanced placement
courses have been entered. Press <PF6> to update record
To
delete advanced placement already posted:
- Go to ISIS RAP screen; enter student I.D.
number, and press <PF12> to retrieve student record
- Tab to line of data needing to be deleted
- Space or delete through entire line
and press <PF6> to
update record
To
change advanced placement already posted:
- Delete the incorrect information following the
procedure noted above
- Then, add the correct information following the
procedure noted above
