RQA - Quick Admit Function
The quick admit function (RQA) screen is used to create a student's term record in ISIS.

- Enter the student I.D. number and the Term Code of the semester in which the student is being admitted, and press <PF12> to retrieve student record or open new record for adding new student
- If any data already exist for the student in ISIS, certain fields may populate automatically
- If no information appears, <TAB> to the NAME field and enter the last name; <TAB> to then enter the first; and <TAB> to then enter the middle name
- <TAB> to BIRTHDATE and enter the student's birth date
- <TAB> to ETHNIC ORIGIN and enter the student's ethnic origin code
- <TAB> to SEX and enter the student's sex
- <TAB> to ATT LVL OF EDUC and enter the code for the last degree completed prior to admission
- <TAB> to COUNTRY OF CITZ; this field will automatically populate with "XUS" but may be over-typed
- <TAB> to GEOG ORIG and enter the U.S. state or country code
- If the GEORG ORIG is "RVA", <TAB> to VA CITY/COUNTY and enter the city/county number
- <TAB> to DOMICILE and enter "v" for Virginia residents or "n" for non-Virginians
- <TAB> to REG TYPE and enter the registration type noted
- If student is being admitted to the Darden or Medicine school, <TAB> to ACADEMIC LVL and enter the level noted
- <TAB> to DEGREE PROGRAM 1 and enter the degree program number
- Press <PF6> to update
