Academic Advising
- The attendees expressed their appreciation for the new pdf “shorter” document for printing AA reports.
- There was lengthy discussion concerning the data processing of AA exceptions. Many expressed an interest in an idea that there could be one person at the University who would be responsible for keying exceptions.
Setting up SIS defaults
- In order to set your User Default to Carry the Student’s ID from page to page:
- In SIS:
- Go to Set Up SACR
- Go to User Defaults
- Go to User Defaults 4 – check Carry ID
- In order to be more efficient you may want to follow these instructions:
- In SIS:
- Go to Set Up SACR
- Go to User Defaults
- Go to User Defaults 1 at Academic Institution choose UVA01
- Go to User Defaults 2 at Business Units and Institution Set choose UVA01
