TST
- Admission Test Scores
Test scores are usually added programmatically from data tapes
received from Educational Testing Services. In the rare
case that a set of scores was not submitted by ETS, scores can be added manually.
This process is also used when
entered test scores into ISIS from a transcript that has been purged to microfilmembership
in a fraternity or sorority is
noted through use of this function. Codes are entered and maintained in ISIS
by the Dean of Students Office.
To
correct an existing score:
| Go to ISIS TST screen;
enter student I.D. number and press <F12> to retrieve
the current test scores |
| <TAB> to the score in question and overtype the score
with the correct number |
| Press <F6> to update |
| The original form is discarded |
To
add a score for an existing test date:
| Go to ISIS TST screen;
enter student I.D. number and press <F12> to retrieve
the current test scores |
| <TAB> to the first blank field for that test date and
enter the 2 digit code (from ISIS Table 116) for that test |
| <TAB> to the next blank field and enter the score |
| Press <F6> to
update |
| The original form is discarded |
To
add a score for a new test date:
Go
to ISIS TST screen; enter
student I.D. number, and press <F12> to retrieve the
current test scores and
verify that the scores in question
are not in ISIS |
| To
add an entire set of SAT or Achievement scores for an undergraduate
student, go to ISIS UTS screen |
| For
SAT scores, <TAB> to the DATE field in the SAT SCORES
line and type the test date in yymm format |
| <TAB> to
the VERBAL field and enter the verbal score |
| <TAB> to the MATH field and enter the math score |
| Press <F6> to update |
For Achievement tests or TOEFEL scores, <TAB> to the
appropriate test line (ENG/ENGLISH ESSAY,
MATH1/MATH2, etc.)
and type the test date in yymm format, enter the appropriate
codes (from ISIS
Table 116) and scores, and then press <F6> to
update |
