Former Student Request for Electronic Access to Academic Record Information

 

To Order Official Transcript:

 

Current students: use the NetBadge access to Order Official Transcript.

If you are a former student (enrolled in a class since 1985) and know your virginia.edu email (NetBadge) login:

Go to the Official Transcript url.
You will be required to login using your virginia.edu email (NetBadge) credentials

If you Do Not have a current virginia.edu email (NetBadge) login:

Steps for creating Electronic Access to your UVa Academic Record:

  1. Complete the Web Form.
  2. Provide your signature via the Signature Page.
  3. Your account will be processed within two business days.

You will be notified by email when your NetBadge account has been activated and is available for your use. This information will be sent to the email address you provide on the Web Form. Please remember to keep your Login and Password in a safe place.

To order Official Transcript

  1. Login using NetBadge credentials
  2. Provide order information including payment

To View Unofficial Transcript:

 

Current students: use the SIS Login on the SIS Portal with your NetBadge access.

If you are a former student (enrolled in a class since 1985) and know your virginia.edu email (NetBadge) login:

Go to the SIS Portal and click on SIS Login
You will be required to login using your virginia.edu email (NetBadge) credentials

If you DO NOT have a current virginia.edu email (NetBadge) login:

To view your Unofficial Transcript in SIS

  1. Login to SIS
  2. Click on "other academic" drop down menu
  3. Choose Transcript: View Unofficial
  4. Choose Advising Transcript as Report Type
  5. Click View Report
  6. Your Unofficial transcript will be presented as a PDF document
