UREG, and the University of Virginia will be closed Monday, May 30th. All mail transcript requests placed on or after Friday, May 27th will be processed once we resume our normal business hours on Tuesday, May 31st.

- Leaving the University? In order to leave, withdraw, or transfer, please complete the “Leaving the University (Leaves, Withdrawals, and Transfers)" form
found on the SIS Student Self Service page (lower right, under eForms).
- Can I Change My Name?
Currently enrolled students should complete the Name Change Request form and provide an official document showing your full name in order to process a name change.
