Access: Carefully read and follow the four basic steps to getting access to warehouse data found on the "Getting Access to the Warehouse" webpage found here.

Schedule: Training for new users of the Student Data in the Information Warehouse is divided into two workshops. The first workshop covers pre-defined reports. The second covers user-defined queries with Microsoft Access as the query tool. These workshops have a duration of 2.5 class hours and are taught for University employees in academic offices who need access to student course enrollment data, including grades and GPAs. Enrollment is limited to 8. (Training for employees in non-academic offices is scheduled on an as-needed basis; e-mail rfg@virginia.edu to schedule a session.)
