Family Housing Accommodations

For married graduate students or single parents, the University has two apartment areas, Copeley Hill and University Gardens. In both areas, furnished and unfurnished units are offered. Incorporated in the rent are all utilities, including one basic cable TV connection. Residents are responsible for contracting for telephone service with SPRINT-CENTEL.

University Gardens   Located near University Hall on Emmet Street, this eight-building apartment complex contains 69 apartments. There are one- and two-bedroom apartments. There is a playground in University Gardens as well as two laundry facilities.

Copeley Hill This apartment area contains 254 apartments in buildings on North Grounds near the Law and Business schools. There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. There are several children's playgrounds in Copeley Hill, and coin-operated laundry machines are located in each building.
