Family Housing Accommodations

For married students or single parents, the University has two apartment areas, Copeley Hill and University Gardens. In both areas, furnished and unfurnished units are offered. Incorporated in the rent are all utilities, including one basic cable TV connection. Residents are responsible for contracting for telephone service with SPRINT-CENTEL.

University Gardens   Located near University Hall on Emmet Street, this complex contains 41 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments. A playground and two laundry facilities are available.

Copeley Hill   This complex contains 254 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in buildings on North Grounds near the law and Darden schools. The complex has several children’s playgrounds, and coin-operated laundry machines are located in each building.
